Healthy Minds Canada (HMC) is a national charity in the mental illness and addictions space. We run a FREE community series called “Lunch & Learn,” where we hold discussions on topics regarding mental health and addiction. Our next Lunch and Learn panel, which will be held on Thursday July 13th is: “Concussions and Mental Health: Invisible Injuries, Hidden Tolls.
This Lunch and Learn will discuss the connection between concussions and mental health, and explore systems of support, treatment and prevention. The panel will feature an exciting line-up of both professionals and those lived experience.
