Deloitte National Leadership Conference (DNLC)

DNLC is a student two and a half day conference open to 100 students from across the country focusing on leadership. An Evening with Ted Graham

The School of Accounting and Finance advisory speaker series is bringing Ted Graham to Ryerson University. Ted is the head of Open Innovation at General Motors where he helps identify partnerships that will help build new forms of mobility including autonomous and connected vehicles. He is also the former Innovation leader at PWC and a McKinsey strategy consultant with a focus on understanding and leveraging people networks to influence the spread of ideas, and he is the author of ‘Uber of Everything’.

Management Development Program, Fuels & Lubricants – Imperial Oil

Recent university graduates can apply to complete a 6 to 12 month intensive in-house training and development program. During this orientation you will learn about Imperial’s industry-leading product lines, business standards, operations, processes, and company-wide safety value – Nobody Gets Hurt. Concurrent to this orientation program, trainees will be assigned to developmental roles based upon business needs. These roles typically include business analytics, project coordination, business case preparation and sales & marketing related development tasks. Once orientation is complete, you will become a part of the sales & marketing team supporting business growth and promoting execution excellence.

United Nations Association in Canada’s Canada Green Corps (CGC) Programme

CGC provides remarkable 4- or 6-month work-integrated learning opportunities for talented young Canadians with various employers across the country that are concerned about the environment, or would like to improve environmental sustainability. Click here to see some of Green Corps’ partner organizations. These are paidpositions, but cannot be counted as Co-op. The application deadline is Monday, March 27, 2017, at 11:59pm PST, with placements beginning before late June (can be sooner) and ending by September 30. Volunteer Opportunity: Men’s U23 Wheelchair Basketball World Championships

June 8-16 at Mattamy Athletic Centre

Ontario Wheelchair Sports Association (OWSA) is seeking volunteers to support the Men’s U23 Wheelchair Basketball World Championships happening at Ryerson’s Mattamy Athletic Centre from June 8-16, 2017.Positions available include: minor officiating (scorekeeping), guest services, sport information, equipment management, drivers and athlete services.
