The Office of Sexual Violence and Support Education and SHARP will be hosting a Valentine’s Day event at the Student Learning Centre (SLC)  on Tuesday February 14 from 12-4:00 pm to  make consent conscious Valentine’s Day cards, access safe sex supplies, and learn about self love.

What you can expect: DIY Valentine’s Day Cards, Safe Sex Loop Bags, Safer Sex health resources, Interviews by sex educators, Dating tips, & TREATS

If you can’t make this event, no worries! We will be sending out daily tweets and Facebook reminders around consent and healthy sex practices.

Last Call: On Sexual Harassment

Whether you prefer bangers in the club or beers in the pub, we have all experienced a night of fun being ruined by harassment. This needs to stop now.

The Office of Sexual Violence and Support Education is currently working with the Ram in the Rye to create Ryerson’s very own bar guide on sexual violence interventions and we want to hear what you have to say! Join us on Wednesday February 15, 2017 from 6:00pm-8:00 pm where you can share your ideas by filling out our survey, sharing stories, or simply by spreading your knowledge around sexual violence. These discussions will then be followed by free snacks and beverages and a comedy performance.
