CBT Associates is a large and rapidly growing practice of psychologists and psychological associates dedicated to exceptional clinical care and customer service. They provide personalized, compassionate and respectful treatment using leading edge, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to treat children, adolescents and adults.
They have an immediate need for a part-time administrative assistant to assist with 2-3 weekday evening shifts (4-9pm) in their Downtown Toronto clinic (85 Richmond St W). The shifts are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with Tuesday and Wednesday being the “must have” coverage need.
The successful person will handle incoming calls, emails, booking requests, general client inquiries, and filing. The position will also include data entry, support of corporate projects and correspondence with clinical directors and the management team.
The successful candidate must have previous administrative experience, and ideally has an undergraduate degree in Psychology or a related field. Experience working in a clinical setting is also a desired attribute, as well as an understanding of psychotherapy and CBT specifically.

- Understanding of confidentiality
