Ryerson has 15-20 spots available to send students to participate in the APE Bootcamp, run by the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. This Bootcamp will help you build your skills in design thinking, food innovation, changemaking and collaborating in multi-national teams. You will spend most of your time working on a real-world application in teams.
The APE Bootcamp will start on Monday, March 6th at 10am and end on Saturday, March 11th in the evening. Each day participants will work from 10am-7pm. Drinks and snacks will be provided but meals are not included.
We will also be going to Bologna and Reggio Emilia to experience food innovation from March 13-16 and flying back TBD. In Bologna, Ryerson students will be working alongside Masters students in the Food Innovation Program from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia through the Future Food Institute. Teams will work on a series of challenges dealing with global food issues.
This is a Ryerson-wide program and we expect a large number of applications. Good luck!
