|Congress 2017 Town Hall Meeting
Thursday, October 27th | 11:00am-1:00pm and Thursday, November 17th | 11:00am-1:00pm
The Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Pamela Sugiman, will be hosting two Town Halls this fall to inform the Ryerson community about Congress 2017, and to generate awareness and engagement. The Town Halls are part of an ongoing effort to promote campus-wide participation. Information will also be provided on the 600+ volunteer and 100+ contract positions that the planning team is seeking to fill. Students, faculty and staff are invited to come learn about Congress, ask questions, provide input, and explore the many opportunities to become involved in Canada’s largest, annual academic conference. Lunch will be provided.

From Home to Canada: How to Land a Career is a workshop that targets 1st year international and newcomer students who want to learn more about the workplace expectations and culture in Canada, as well as how to get more involved on campus at Ryerson and start your networking efforts (though students from all years are welcomed).
