The Mosaic Institute is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2016/2017 UofMosaic Fellowship Program. The UofMosaic Fellowship Program identifies and invests in student leaders who have a commitment and connection to global issues. This year the Fellowship is open to full-time undergraduate students at University of Toronto (St. George), University of Toronto (Scarborough), York University, Ryerson University, McGill University, Concordia University, Simon Fraser University, University of British Columbia, and University of Guelph.
Together, Fellows on each campus plan and participate in initiatives that build a culture of meaningful and peaceful exchanges of ideas on campus. These initiatives are typically connected to current global conflicts or social justice issues that are relevant to the Fellows and their broader student body, and they range from moderated dialogues, to seminars, to art exhibits and more.
The fellowship is a year-long program that students partake in while they are in school and includes access to professional development training, a $1,000 stipend, and additional funding for on-campus activities.
More information about the Fellowship Program including eligibility requirements, selection criteria, application forms, and past Fellows can be found online at: http://mosaicinstitute.ca/work/uofmosaic/
All applications must be submitted by Thursday July 7th, 2016.
