Lauren David and Andrew Brankley, two PhD students in our Clinical Psychology program, participated in a career-paths, TEDx-style event at a local high school in Mississauga earlier in Feburary.  The Careers and Research Conference, which was hosted by a group of students at the school named AYD (Aspiring Young Doctors) provided students with insight on what life might be like in a variety of health occupations.  Lauren and Andrew offered their perspectives as aspiring clinical psychologists, with Lauren highlighting the keys to motivation after weight loss surgery, and Andrew detailing the exciting field of criminal profiling.
