Interested in technology, student wellness, and innovation? Then consider applying for a role on the Thought Spot Student Team!

What is Thought Spot, you ask?

Thought Spot is a mobile app and website co-created by students in the GTA that aims to increase student access to mental health and wellness services. It includes an interactive, crowd-sourced map that allows users to find and share nearby services and other wellness-related “spots”. Check it out here: http://mythoughtspot.ca. The team behind Thought Spot is now looking to promote it and to make it even better!

What’s the point of the Thought Spot Student Team (TSST)?

The Thought Spot Student Team will be an open and flexible environment for students to contribute in meaningful ways to the project on an ongoing basis.

What’s the commitment?

-Until the end of the school year (May 2016), with options to continue on
-Total time commitment: approximately 3 hrs/month
-One 1-hour meeting/month
-Join an online discussion group and contribute as much as you can (approx 2 hr/month)

There will be plenty of opportunities for members of the Thought Spot Student Team to get involved in the project in additional ways, if they want.
