PixelKit_5-Oclock-Shades-Icon-Set__0009_1Join us next Thursday, January 21 at 6:30 pm for the world premiere of WHEN THE ICE GOES OUT, a film by Jeremy Leach and Wendy Snyder MacNeil. The screening is free and open to the public. Seating is limited; please arrive early.

About the film
A young man journeys back to a mystical place he and his friend invented as children.
The film explores two questions: Where is the sense of wonder we had as children? Why is it so hard to connect with others, even those we care most deeply about?

The screening is presented in conjunction with The Light Inside: Wendy Snyder MacNeil, Photographs and Films, on view at the RIC from January 20 to April 10, 2016. The film’s stars, Gore Abrams and Jazimina MacNeil, will be in attendance. The filmmakers will participate in a Q&A session following the screening.
