This is just a reminder that 4th
year seminars are restricted to students who are on track to complete their degree by the end of the Winter 2016 term (or, at the very latest, by the end of the Summer 2016 term).
As we noted at the start of the term, sometimes students end up enrolling in a course ‘out of sequence’ which means students who need the course to graduate are unable to get in. Therefore:
1) Any students who have inadvertently enrolled in a seminar course for Winter, 2016 ‘early’, which would typically mean they will not have completed at least 35 credits by December, 2015, will be removed from these courses before the end of the term. If you think this applies to you, you can also go ahead and drop the course now and then pick up another course during the next open enrollment period.
2) If you are a student who needs a seminar in Winter 2016 in order to graduate, and you have not yet done course intentions for it, please contact us right away to let us know, so that we can add you to the wait lists. You can contact either Shadi Sibani, Program Assistant at firstname.lastname@example.org or Dr. Tara Burke, Program Director, at email@example.com
