1446077565_7The Neuropsychology Lab at the Hospital for Sick Children is seeking a volunteer to work with us 1-2 days a week. The research in our lab is varied and focuses on neurocognitive and academic outcomes of acquired and developmental brain disorders and diseases (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, neuroinflammation, genetic disorders, pre-term birth).

We explore questions related to risk and resilience, treatment, neural markers of dysfunction, and  early vs. late effects of brain injury. The applicant should be a highly motivated individual who is proficient with common computer programs (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Endnote). Duties will mainly include data entry, assisting with research administrative tasks (e.g., preparing ethics proposals, compiling study packages, assisting with database preparation), and scoring and organizing test data, but there are also opportunities for future manuscript preparation and collaboration. Interested parties should contact Dr. Katia Sinopoli at katia.sinopoli@sickkids.ca with a copy of their CV.
