The eighth annual ARTeries Undergraduate Research conference (AURC) will be held tomorrow, March 27th from 10:00am-5:00p.m in Ryerson University’s Oakham house. ARTeries will have an open door policy and you are welcome to observe any of the presentations throughout the day. It is requested you come either at the beginning or the ending of the presentation, as not to disturb the student author while they are presenting.

This year we are pleased to announce Toronto’s Poet Laureate George Elliott Clarke will be the AURC keynote speaker. Professor Clarke serves as the City’s literary ambassador, advocating for poetry, language and the arts within Toronto.

ARTeries is also proud to welcome the Associate Dean of Arts and long time supporter of AURC, Marcia Moshé as the closing guest speaker.  If you would like to know when your peers will be presenting on March 27th please see the official AURC schedule attached to this email. Should you be planning to attend AURC, and require accommodation from the Ryerson Access Centre please email arteries@arts.ryerson.ca.
